Inaugurado em 1998 é fruto de recolhas realizadas pelo grupo de folclore e pela freguesia. A habitação que alberga o museu (séc. XVIII) foi classificada como Imóvel de Interesse Municipal em 1985. O seu espólio é constituído na sua maioria por peças etnográficas, representativas da vida doméstica, agrícola e industrial de Válega de finais do séc. XIX e inícios do séc. XX. O museu é composto por salas de exposições temporárias, reservas visitáveis, cozinha tradicional e loja.

ETNHOGRAPHIQUE MUSEUM OF VÁLEGA
Opened in 1998, the museum is the result of collections made by the folklore group "Casa do Povo de Válega" and by the parish. Yhe house in which the museum is located (eighteenth century) was classified as a Municipal Heritage Building in 1985. Its estate consists mostly of ethnographic items, representative of domestic, agricultural and industrial life in Válega, in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. The museum has rooms for temporary exhibitions, reserve colletcions, a traditional kitchen and a shop.
